Punch It Village
Punch It is an authentic Muay Thai camp in Lamai, on Koh Samui’s east coast, built for beginners, active travelers and professional fighters. The Sports Authority of Thailand has recognized it as a professional Muay Thai gym.
Founder Markus Muster has grown Punch It into a full training village: the Muay Thai gym, the Punch It Performance Fitness Center, the Punch It Healthy Café, a gym shop, and rooms that range from fighter rooms beside the gym to private pool villas.
Every stay includes Muay Thai group classes, fitness center and pool access, water and electricity, plus a free daily shuttle between Punch It Village and the original gym, about 3.5 km apart. Private lessons, airport pickup, healthy meal plans and scooter rental can be added when you book.
Based on the Gym Fighter Room at ฿1,440 per night for 7 nights, with Muay Thai classes, fitness center and pool included. Rates vary by season. Stays of 30 days or more get 25% off the full package. Every gym is compared on the same basis: one person, 7 nights in the most affordable room or bed, plus a week of group training.

How to Book This Facility
Book your stay online through Punch It’s booking page: choose your dates and room, then add extras such as private lessons, airport pickup, meals or a scooter. Payment is made later, after your booking is confirmed.
Training-only guests can join group classes from ฿400 per class, ฿3,500 per week or ฿9,600 per month. Private 1-hour lessons are ฿1,000, or ฿9,000 for 10 hours.
Room Types
Every room includes Muay Thai classes, the fitness center, the pool, water and electricity. Rates are per night for one person; a second guest can be added (maximum 2 per room, or 4 in the 2-bedroom villa). Stays of 30 days or more get 25% off the full accommodation and training package.
