Sinbi Muay Thai

Sinbi Muay Thai is a traditional Muay Thai camp in Rawai, on the southern tip of Phuket near Nai Harn Beach. It was founded in January 2007 by Sing “Sinbi Taewoong,” a fighter from Songkhla who fought more than 100 bouts in Bangkok, was highly ranked at both Lumpinee and Rajadamnern stadiums, and fought for K-1 in Korea. The gym focuses on authentic technique, conditioning and fight preparation.
The open-air gym sits on a quiet, elevated street with sea and jungle views. It has three full-size competition rings, about 30 heavy bags, a stretching and warm-up area, and a weights room with free weights, kettlebells, a Smith machine, spin bikes and rowers. Sinbi also runs a large Muay Thai shop on site.
Classes are open to every level, from first-timers to active fighters. Group sessions run twice a day, Monday through Saturday, from 7:30 to 9:30 AM and 4:00 to 6:00 PM, with private sessions in between. Guests stay at Sinbi Apartments, a 21-room building with a pool and rooftop terrace about a three-minute walk from the gym.
Based on the Single Bedroom at ฿1,600 per night for 7 nights in low season (May–October), with two group training sessions a day included. In high season (November–April) the same week is ฿14,000. Every gym is compared on the same basis: one person, 7 nights in the most affordable room or bed, plus a week of group training.
